How PEARL Works

Health guidelines recommend building up to around 150 minutes of movement each week, along with strength and balance activities at least 2–3 times a week to support independence (Ministry of Health NZ; World Health Organization).

We know this can feel overwhelming.

PEARL Movements is designed to make this easier.

A 15-minute PEARL session, done most days, builds up over time and helps you work towards these recommendations — while regularly supporting strength and balance.

Sessions are short, achievable, and structured using the NZ super seven physio therapy exercises. with options to reduce strain on joints and a format that fits into everyday life.
