ACC Approved and Accredited
PEARL Movements community classes are approved within ACC’s Live Stronger for Longer framework. For those who may not be familiar, this is part of the national approach to supporting strength and balance across Aotearoa (NZ), alongside guidance from ACC and the Ministry of Health. Approval means a programme has been reviewed and recognised as aligning with the evidence-based principles known to help reduce falls and support people to stay steady and independent.
